There is no 'wumming' in this post (there never has been).Klopp doesn't have a magic wand. The same problems that were there at the end of Brendan's reign continue to be there and it's going to take Klopp time for us to eradicate these and improve. I urge all supporters to give him the necessary time before judging him.
Manager of Liverpool one of the hardest jobs in elite football. Expectations are sky high. Klopp coming in has only heightened the expectations further.
Klopp has opted against making wholesale changes.Klopp underestimated the true extent of the rebuilding job needed. In his first press conference he said he would instantly change the mentality of the players and also claimed that he is happy with the group he has got without further reinforcements. This change in mentality has yielded no noticeable effect whatsoever and surely he is wishing he could bring in a bit of quality in January.
Lack of star quality in squad. We've got some very good players but we badly lack star quality. Klopp desperately needs Hendo, Sturridge, Benteke and the old Coutinho back and performing if we have any chance of top 4 this season.
The Klopp factor has lifted the club if not our results yet.A win against Bournemouth will change everything. Klopp's Anfield career has got off to a steady but unspectacular start. This will all change against Bournemouth. A win and we will remain unbeaten and provide a massive lift to the club and supporters, a loss and it can be safely said Klopp has got off to a disappointing start.
Judge Klopp at the end of next season. Because of the scale of the rebuilding job required to the squad, it is only fair to judge him after he has had a pre-season and time to make changes to the squad.
