I doubt Klopp will get anything near to spend on the squad that that pr1k Rodgers had to spend.
FSG just ain't that rich. But as Wilks will tell you, FSG never spent any of their own money... the vast majority of the dosh was generated by the club so as long as the money rolls in, Klopp should have around the same if not more.. FSG OUT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think they have injected about 100m of their own money as interest free shareholder's loan in LFC. They'll do the same for the stadium extension. They are definitely not throwing away their own money, being investors. The Glazers have done worse though. I think it's only the City and Chelsea owners who have thrown away their own funds. They also had a good deal as land in the centre of London is worth a lot and the City owners got a new stadium almost free of charge from the UK government following the commonwealth games.

My prediction is we will finish 3rd or 4th with Klopp in charge. That will take a few sellings and signings in January though.

I think it would be a big achievement if we can finish 4th and I don't think this should be his minimum target this season, however, it should be for next season. 6th would be acceptable this season because he might need to change quite a few things and is joining in the middle of the season.

How nay games before the natives start getting restless if we don't start firing on all 11 cylinders then ey? like it get it in early , as it certainly wont be long before the usual suspects pipe up . Oh would that be the usual suspects who actually ended up right Faz? Amazing how many experts, pundits and Liverpool players from the past have now found the stones to say it was the right decision. All it's done is hindered swifter progress and wasted funds, but your blinded toeing of the party line was misplaced mate, plain and simple. The only argument can be on the amount of blame he should have got compared to the structure and FSG themselves.

Government is not reason; it is not eloquent; it is force. Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master.

FSG just ain't that rich. LFC generates a LOT of its own revenue for transfers. Plus there is a definite clear out going to happen over the next 12 months so I have no worries that there will be plenty to spend.

For some all is good. Brendan here is as good as him not being here. They wanted him to stay but are very happy that he is gone now. At least Redscouser is sticking to his man.

I don;t think much can be made of the rest of this season with him in charge and no one will call for his head unless its a total fckin car crash and he goes loopy with us knee deep in a relegation battle. There will be a lot of hype and new energy which should pick up performances, but i think next season we will have a beter idea of what he is about.
Luis Garcia, He drinks sangria He came from Barca, to bring us Joy He's five foot seven, he's football heaven please don't take my Luis away.
