The whole talk of 18 months ago we could of one the league is like telling you all I was 1 number off winning the lottery i may not come close again for 10..20 years.

Brendan Rodgers i cant help but feel bad for you, you seem a nice guy but you cant spend this amount of money and have nothing in return.

I have more faith in BR than I do in FSG, think thats the reason behind it. Not that I don't think BR doesn't deserve the sack, Stoke 6-1 and recent pathetic performances point to a manager losing his grip. Just that I think FSG and the transfer committee are more to blame than BR, so whats the point of getting a new guy in if he has to put up with baseball fans telling him what football player fits the profile.

Anyone else feel this way? Put Henderson into this team with 2 strikers up and it going to look better. It is pure crap atm but usually you look forward to new man taking over and I want new owners more than a new manager.

Nah.. Last season henderson was fit and we were still rubbish.......we had strikers available too, but rodgers chose not to play them.

He has spent hundreds of millions on average players so no one can say we're doing ok 'with the players we have'..; HE bought those players, with full culpability. The man is a (unproven) coach, not a manager.

The fact we are to be laughed at yet again by all our rivals e.g. United and that it will be yet another cycle with only half the head being removed fills me with as much anxiety and melancholy about the plight of the club as a whole as it does a sense it has to be done. By accepting he has to go you have to put faith in these owner clowns to get it right next time round and I flat out don't.

Yes never good to see a lfc manager sacked ! it never used to be like that but times change sadly, it also it means we're in the S hite again ! Br is not right fit but I blame FSG for putting him there a rookie with one of the biggest names in world club football they wouldn't do it with their own company but did it to our club , tossers they really are !

To be fair, our greatest ever manager had no experience whatsoever when he was given the job. Kenny had none either when he took the role. Shankly and Fagan had also achieved nothing before they got the job - a bit like Rodgers.
