I think in BR's case it is fair.

If I could see progress or some kind of recognition that mistakes are being rectified I'd be behind Rodgers but all I see is an egomaniac experimenting with a failed system, and the final cost could be huge.

We're 5 games in!? People can suggest he's three seasons in, but if you can't accept settling time for new players, you're not giving him the chance that he will get.

At this rate, even if he did improve, people on here would be disappointed he is still here. I think that is a sad way to treat a man that clearly has talent, that has become unfocused over a difficult year personally. There are times when fans need to just give a guy a final chance before they write him off. I'm far from happy with our performances, but we were hardly going to click with 5-6 new players in our starting line-up every week.

Gomez, Clyne, Milner, Ings, Firmino and Benteke are all new signings.

Lovren and Lucas played sporadically last season.

You're expecting, in my eyes, far too much to think that Mignolet, Skrtel and Can are enough regulars on the field for that team to gel instantly.

We brought on Origi (new signing), Ibe (still very young) and Moreno (for two minutes, a solid full-back)... if you can't accept the difficulty in letting all those guys settle in less than five games, I'm questioning just how involved you are in watching football regularly.

Every season we have a nice shiny new team to bed in and gel and blah blah blah ,time to bed in a new manager I think, after 3 years and £300million that is fair.Everyone is bored of Rodgers now time for a new direction.

Well when you come in and have to overthrow an entire team, yes... it can take 3 seasons when you're spending £8-10m+ on nearly every new player for the first team squad.

I think being bored of him is just that. It doesn't discount the fact that any manager with any new set of player incomings will need more than 5 games to settle.

Allen, Henderson and Coutinho were all out. Can is first choice for Germany now, and Lucas is not a poor player. We still had Milner there too.

Can is useless , first choice right back for germany, hope he still is when we play them cause he is useless as a right back too. Lucas is a nothing player. Forgot allen was injured which goes to show you how much of an impact he has had with us.
