OMG - Carra was useless at defending.
Countless own goals.
Slow as a tortoise
No positional sense.
Lets not start rewriting history about Carra being a world class defender.
One of our greatest ever defenders. Probably had one of the best positional senses of any defender in the history of the game too, its actually what made him so good. Welshie a clue you have not.

I don't think it would cost anything like that amount of money dispose of him. Sacked managers these days don't get their contract paid up in full. Typically they would get the current season's payoff plus another 1 yr. In some cases, there is no upfront pay off at all....the manager just keeps getting paid until he starts another job. Either way, whatever it costs will be the best investment this club has made in recent times. Generally the way I understand it.

I think we are going nowhere under Rodgers but it's pointless sacking anyone unless we have someone better lined up and we have a plan for the club. If those are not in place then we may as well stick with Rodgers just sacking for the sake of it will lead to bigger trouble I think that there are lots of better managers, even the likes of Palace and Swansea are playing better football than us. However, we shouldn't take chances and get someone who is a winner of trophies, not a rookie having potential. Martinez then? How many trophies did he win not counting the lower divisions where even Rodgers won one?

I was the only one endorsing Martinez for the job at the time but everyone freaked out cause he was the Wigan manager, we got the Swansea one instead and that hasn't worked out too good now has it.
