He will win trophies with Juve but the quality of the Serie A is far below that of the PL. Juve went to the CL final, so in Europe at least Juve is a much better option in terms of clout than LFC which is not even in CL. It's not hard for me to understand, very few players would choose LFC over Juve right now.

I am not even sure why we would have bought him with so many AM. But right now, Juve is a much better team if you go by CL performance, so his choice was a no brainer

I'm not sure we're even after him. Probably just idle paper talk as like you say, we're stacked full of AM's at the moment.
As for why he'd choose us? Who know's. Maybe it's his ambition to play in England or just has no interest in Italy. There are so many factors involved in why you'd want to move somewhere.

Juve have lost a lot of key players since reaching the Champion's League final and could go on to lose Pogba. I'm not sure who they've brought in as replacements but maybe that could be a factor?
Honestly though, I think it's just paper talk.. why would Dortmund sell him now? He's just starting to find form & £15million is a bit unrealistic.
