how will the team's formation be like once Sturridge is fit?
Can we have both Benteke and Sturridge at the same time without sacrificing the midfield? We have have to play a 4-4-2 or a 3-5-2?

We played a diamond 2 years ago and did quite well. I think it could suit us with Milner or Hendo at the base. Wingless wonders. Throw on Marko and Ibe if we need width.

Agree with you but Rodgers doesn't seem to like 442, he likes a free corridor for the full backs to run I reckon it’ll be 4 3 3, and that allows all kinds of permutations as the game progresses, and that’s why Rodgers likes players who can mix and match in a fluid process as the game unfolds. I think we didn’t have the players capable of that last season, what with Suarez gone and Sturridge out, but if Firmino and Benteke step up, he could well have a good shot at it this season.
