Personally i believe we are being used to try and get Real to make a move but if they don't, just maybe, we could get him and as sixties has pointed out, with him, Firmino, Benteke, Sturridge, Milner, Markovic and Ibe we would have a good shot at top 4 and a very formidable attacking line up...not forgeting Coutinho too. Make top 4, main stand finished and we are a hell of a hot property. Even in 6 months time if we are sitting in the top 4 we are already a more highly valued asset.
Makes sense for FSG and for the new buyer. Not sayi g it will happen but i wouldn't dismiss it either. That makes no sense. If Real wanted him they would make a move, surely?. The prospect of him going to Liverpool isn't going to have any bearing on their decision whatsoever. Anyway, it's all a load of old guff. Not one reputable source is covering 'Reus to Liverpool'.

If only it were that simple...you see, with us interested and involved, it could perhaps raise the price, it could also force real to make a move sooner then they would have wished etc. The intricacy of transfers is far more complicated then it used to be.

I still think BR wants to create his own Barcelona squad with all the attacking players. Nothing wrong with I guess if all these players really scores goals for fun.

KOPTALK sources have confirmed that Liverpool ARE making fresh attempts to try and bring Marco Reus to Anfield.The Reds have been linked with the Borussia Dortmund ace on-and-off for some time but have never really looked close to securing a deal before. However, SportsTotal, the agency that represents the 26-year-old German international, have held fresh talks with Liverpool chief executive Ian Ayre to discuss a possible transfer and that may offer a little hope to the Anfield faithful.Sources close to the player's direct representative Volker Struth (pictured above) claim that he is heading talks with Ayre but that he is leaking Liverpool's interest to the media to keep other clubs on their toes and in particular Real Madrid who have also been trying to broker a deal for the player.Liverpool owners Fenway Sports Group (FSG) have agreed to finance a move for Reus although they have made it clear that additional funds are not there just for the sake of spending.
