Dunc told us to watch the net spend (expected to be low or negative). Then he says we will spend quite a bit so it looks like the club is operating normally.

Either way he's going to be correct because he has all bases covered.

Is no one worried about his injury history, not that I think we'll get him but he will cost between 45- 50 mil.

no, you are twisting his words. He told us to watch the net spend as an indicator of whether they are really backing BR or not...he never said it would be low or negative or high, just to watch it. Stop making stuff up.

If a player has one injury he's injury prone to most. Hasn't he had a couple of bad knee injuries?

I doubt very much we’d be serious about any such signing unless they’ve already agreed a sale and a new owner was calling it, Couldn’t see FSG going anywhere near him wage-wise or fee-wise.

Say it happens and we get him, just hypothetically.
Then does someone leave?

This one (even after all the business we have done) would be the difference between having a live crack at top 4 to going for the jackpot itself.

The owners appear willing to invest despite strong interest in the club from Qatar. It's business as usual insist club sources.

Vids on koptalk and dkb on the matter.

Don't tell me you believe we'll get him, do you?
