His medical was supposed to have been today, but we've heard nothing. Are more stringent test needed? Has there been complications?

Might hear tomorrow if it went through today. Has been a bit slow after we apparantly met the release fee.

He's having/hard a two part medical, the final part was reported to be either tonight or tomorrow morning. I'm guessing since the signing hasn't been announced that it will be tomorrow morning.

No idea what a two part medical is or why it's required, it could be a normal thing for all I know but I wonder if the club aren't being slightly more thorough given Benteke's & Sturridge's recent injuries.

I read that our team doctor arrived in London from Australia this afternoon.

That meant they couldn't find the time to go through all the steps in the examinaton of Benteke today.

Instead they split the examination between today and tomorrow.

The signing will probably be announced around noon tomorrow if everything goes well.

We giving other clubs plenty of time to gazump us, hope we don't do a remy. Feeling it will go through tomorrow though .

Our medicals always take ages, its the norm. He'll be signed and sealed by tomorrow evening.
