Do we have a backup left back??? Flanno This seasons team is so different from last seasons team. Which was also incredibly different from the team the season before. Our squad turnover is alarming So our next best left back after the unimpressive Moreno, is a young injured right back??!?! oh.

Left back is now our weakest link. I don't trust Moreno, at least based on last season's performances.

Gomez? Didn't see him play but lots of praise for him on here.
Is Benteke definitely coming? Feels like it's taking too long. Would prefer Berahino (no injuries) as he would fit our style, I think.

If Sturridge is fully fit and on the same form he was on before he picked up these recent injuries he is first choice. When fit, he is better than Benteke.
I would like to see both of them up front and if they don't gel then whoever's playing the best should get the nod, however as I said I think Sturridge has been the better striker up to now.

I think sturridge is finished myself. He might come back for a game here and there but his body isn't up to being the kinda player he could be..shame .
