Apparently City's move for Delph has fallen through. He's apparently got an £8 million release clause, is he worth a shot?

He's no better than what we have. If we're gonna upgrade is rather it be a really good upgrade and not another 5-10mil player

Delph is crap.
Another one of these guys who made an England breakthrough last season.
Bit like Downing had. He had a stellar season by recent showings and now West Ham are looking to offload him to Boro or Sunderland.
Delph is another who will disappear over the next year and become a half decent mid to lower end of table squad player.
