Joe Allen will be offered a 3 year new deal.
Skrtel is ready to be offered and sign a new 3 year deal.
While BR wants to send our 20million signing out on loan.

Markovic has more talent in his left foot combined and when Sterling leaves he will be our 1 true winger left at the club.
And while Ibe has potential at this stage Markovic is way ahead of Ibe, if only BR would play him in a attacking position.
The decision to give both Joe Allen and Skrtel new 3 year contracts is laughable, I would rather play Sahko plus Lovren or Illori in central defence than Skrtel, whose lack of leadership is appalling.
As for Joe Allen being given a new 3 year contract, will he ever get in the 1st team ahead of Can, Milner and Henderson, surely he is blocking a bench place for a up and coming youngster.
Decisions like these really baffle me.
Allen was already ahead of Can in the pecking order. If Can was playing well and first choice in midfield he wouldn't have been moved to defence.
Allen has superb bodywork, streaks ahead of any other midfielder at the club in that department.
Can is in a similar phase to where Henderson was a few years back where he lacked consistency.
Skrtel fully deserves a new contract. He has been a great servant for the club and I still thinks there's a bit more left in the tank yet.
A loan for Markovic should be considered if a change of environment would help his development. Although, I would prefer it if he stayed with Liverpool so he can adapt to the pace of the prem. As of last season he wasn't good enough for a starting berth.
It is great to see Brendan and his team being so proactive. It looks like he is prioritising experience a bit more this year which shows that he has evaluated the reasons for our downfall last season and he is trying to improve for the next.
When fans lose patience with managers, the manager usually exhibits some irrational traits or clear signs that the pressure is effecting him or her (tetchy interviews, public fall outs with players or other staff).
Brendan has demonstrated his warrior mentality. He has got on with his business without a murmur of unrest. He hasn't made excuses and he has kept himself away from the media attention despite being such an eloquent speaker. It is time Brendan did his talking on the pitch. Let's not criticise him anymore just yet. What's done is done. He has one final chance to prove he is Liverpool quality.
