If they decide to sell Lallana or Marko i hope they bring in Kevin Volland this window. With Sturridge or say Bacca up front having Firmino phil and Volland behind with a midefield of Can and Milner i think BR would have a great set up. Plus when we talk about gelling. I think those guys are made to play together. Volland and Firmino know each other from Hoffenheim. Firmino and phil are in the brazilian team together and Volland and Can play in the under 21 German team. In a perfect world i would think that would help them all settle in.
I would perhaps also mention that with alberto returning from loan and his friendship with moreno... however i think thats asking to much as even on loan he was sh!t.

I would be more than happy with Benteke. Though I don't know a lot about Bacca, Volland would be a good shout but I can't see both him & Firmino leaving in the same window.

Why are you so against Benteke, evans? I think he could be a cracking signing, if the price came down to about £25million.

We need a striker that will play on the shoulder and look to break the defensive lines, latching onto through balls.
Benteke is a good player and for Chelsea I think he'd be absolutely brilliant (better than Falcao will) but he's just not right for us.
Benteke likes getting the ball into feet and having midfield runners so he can do little flicks etc before getting in the box for a cross.
To get the best out of Coutinho/Firmino we need someone that will consistently get in behind, break the defensive line and is comfortable being 1 on 1 with the keeper.
What's your thoughts?
