Obviously we have had poorer seasons, poorer results and poorer league standing but from the perspective of where we started this season I believe this could be the worst ever season. BR & FSG had a massive chance to cement us as a permanent challenger again.

What went wrong?

Signing Balotelli - A statement of desperation, a statement of intent, we are not prepared to be a big club. A squad that was positive ,quick and looked happy and u throw a lazy, egotistic idiot amongst it. Disgraceful .

BR - he believed his own hype.I do think getting a new bird ,new teeth etc ,points to character flaw.

BR's tactics. Found wanting in europe and against the big boys.

Terrible Transfers. Over 100m spent and could argue not one penny of it spent well. Does liverpool not have the infrastructure in place to sign players that are in demand. Considering we end up paying huge money for players that we are the only ones in for ,then the answer must be yes.

Sturridge being a sick note. Just can't rely on him, even last year he had his problems.

Solutions? Don't see any. We blew it, I think next season will just be one long rope given to BR . There are just too many weak links. We don't have fullbacks left or right, keeper is flabby and weak minded, centre halves not working at all, poor central midfield, we don't know if we play with wingers or am or wingbacks and we have nobody upfront.
plus we have loads of dross on big wages that we won't be able to shift. BR won't be sacked, but FSG won't spend the money required. stalemate . i pity the likes of ings and milner as they gonna get slaughtered next season . don't come here

Where was Balotelli yesterday? Doesn't the team play better without him?

Probably been the most disappointing, yes.

Expectations were flying high after last season, but due to p1ss poor signings with the disgusting waste of resources made available due to the loss of possibly the best striker in the werld.

Chalk and cheese springs to mind comparing the two seasons.

Rodgers first season here was the worst I've seen, this season has been one giant disappointment though.

ok but in what circumstances? roy took over a team in freefall and was given no money to sort it.. david ngog was our main striker for most of that season. we couldn't even afford to sign manual figerioua for him. Roy gets no understanding for that cause lfc fans hate him, in comparison to the chance BR had this season then this season is much much worse

Did Roy have 120 million to spend? He highlighted some very good players that he wanted, but he only got money for players like koncheskey and Poulsen who to be honest were better than what we have now in that position. I would happily take meireles over pretty much most of our central midfield right now.

We were actually very good in Europe under Roy, he was back stabbed by Gerrard and carragher as well, he didn't get 3 years an over 200 million like that chump Brendan.

last season under benitez was bad , roy was bad , end of souey was bad , this season has been poor , time will tell if liverpool get better simple as that , but one thing no one needs is the utter offensive bile from spice boys , now he is calling carra and gerrard backstabbers to totally offensive bile , he is one top troll alright.
