A 1st class professional and the player we should build our team around for the next 5 years.

I don't think building teams around players works as successfully anymore but otherwise couldn't agree more.

As a fanbase, it's clear that players like Coutinho are the kind we want to see play, improve and win titles for us.

All round good example to our younger academy players as the type of professional they should be emulating in order to progress to our first team.

I personally feel that Sterling is a bad influence on our youngsters, see Ibe photo with him, for that reason I would sell Sterling this summer.
