Our top earners are people like johnson, lovren, lallana and balotelli.

How are we going to compete with the top teams if we overpay for crap players?

That pretty much shows BR is NOT underperforming. We are where we should be.

It shows that 5th is nothing more than average for us. Look at Koeman/Southampton or Palace, who are clearly over performing under their respective managers. The worrying thing is that we've barely made a profit, interesting to note that we are performing worse than last season yet we've spent more and our wages are a lot higher.

Not if you consider the fact we spent 120 million over the summer. So yes Rodgers categorically IS under performing this year.

Up the average per player bought figs last summer average was 14 mil raising it is a step up isn't it ? They can do that that they have said repeatedly they have the money it's the price per player average that tells the true story

If you think that it is the price per player that says the true story then it's not about FSG as I don't think that they are the ones who dictate the size of the squad, how would they know how many players we need to have over a season? They fck up by appointing a rookie manager and are paying for it. BR is an average manager and is getting us to perform where we should be, nothing more. Mourinho is overperforming which is no surprise and so is Koeman.
