if they do that wilks, then we target fsg. But the process has to begin and it has to be done in that order. BR has had is chance, fsg will get one more.

But FSG have recruited him so why do they get one more chance? They set up the committee, keep Ayers in a job etc. whatever new manager they appoint will just be another sticking plaster over the real problem so for me they get no more chances.

Like I said, he'll go in good time. But don't fool yourself into thinking anyone of any worth will come in. FSG will get the same kind of manager in again that you'll then just do this same nonsense with. Changing the manager will not change anything with regard to the club as a whole.
This IS good time. The time is now, before the club sinks any lower. What are you waiting for? The only way FSG will be pressured is if they balls up the next appointment. OF COURSE the next manager will change things. Especially if he is experienced or in anyway decent. Christ i'd take raffa on experience alone over this clown. Sure raffa had everyone depressed but we were a tough team to play. We're a team of biitches at the moment. Boys playing against men. Rodgers can get fcked with himself. I'd put money on us NOT getting an experienced manager. It'll be that chap from Burnley or maybe we'll have another crack at Martinez. What will that change? Maybe we'll have the short term pick up that a new manager brings. until we get new owners with a mentality of doing what it takes to win, the kind of manager we need will not be employed. Sadly that's what I think will happen and that is why I cannot see the point in sacking Rodgers.

Any one defending brodge after today's defeat...,
Name one poster defending him I'll defend him. FSG employ him. If he's not up to it, they are the ones to blame. They have the power to hire and fire. BR is doing his best - it's that hasn't been up to expectation. Until they sack him, they are ultimately more deeply responsible. He's not going to resign in this situation, is he?

Watched Rafas team play the other night putting 4 I think past Wolvesburg. Now that team or at least how he setup and how they played were a joy to watch. BR and his 260 page dossier is becoming a fvcken joke.

I don't care if he stays or goes. But anybody who thinks we'll get a top manager will be wrong and very dissapointed.
Gary Monk is doing a good job.

But that is their whole philosophy.(moneyball) Buy young talent with a young talented manager who will bring us to the top in 5 + years. Are they now going to scrap all that get in Ancelloti and buy in big big players and pay them big wages?
