Why do we make crap teams like newcastle look like world beaters??

At no point did Newcastle look like world beaters, otherwise they wouldn't have lost 2-0. We were poor defensively and are too easy to play against sometimes but we could have easily scored 5 or 6 tonight!

To many Average players playing against too many average players...

Later stages of the first half and early stages of the second we made them look like a proper football team which they ain't tbh.

They had a spell of pressure, thats it.

What about the way we played for the first 30mins? We absolutely played them off the park!

And why shouldn't we? In the end, it was a very average performance against a team that's been losing consistently.

We won, comfortably.

You can't please some fans unfortunately.

Why is right why another pointless ridicules thread

It was a blatant penalty and at 1-1 whose to say we wouldn't have buckled?

I'm not going to get overly negative or overly positive but we are not improving having gone through nearly a whole season.

It wasn't convincing considering the opposition and we were at home. On the last few games how can it not be said after nearly 3 years that the manager has not taken us a far as he is capable?

Same problems for me though, too easy to play against and shaky at the back. Although we did have a makeshift back 4. Mignolet made another crucial save and got another clean sheet which is positive.
