might be good enough for some of you. he can't handle the english league, you rafa supporters always point out to the fact that we finished 2nd but that was one season out of six.
he can't handle the pl, we keep on losing games against opponents like wigan, every season has been like that. But does he not have to prioritise the champions league to obtain some sort of transfer budget? And then alot of that money goes to those poxy yanks and their debts!!Give the man some proper backing and judge him then.If he fails after that then his position should be scrutinised.

I think that the failure of this season can put down to bad managerial choices, boardroom unrest, lack of transfer funds, injuries and poor form to key individuals. This season is a one off and it will be back to normal next season with new owners and a decent summer in the transfer market. I hope

Rafa shouldn't resign. Rafa has sold as much as he has spent. If you look at the outlay of the premiership champions the last 20 years you'll find the champions are normally the biggest spenders. Arsenal are the exception but United and Chelsea spent big to win (as did Blackburn). Liverpool, thanks to our muck owners and idiot Parry have become a club that has to sell to buy. My loyalty is to Liverpool Football Club and not Benitez but I can't see anyone that could help us win given the clubs current state. Rafa should stay.

It's a poor state of affairs, but an accurate reflection of today's society, that people are unwilling or incapable of digesting a post longer than a few hundred words. In any event the Rafa-supporting brigade are so blind that 20 seasons of non-achievement, five billion lines of code or three thousand posts will not convince them the club is disintegrating under their heros command. Start supporting the club rather than a self-obsessed tool, guys! I agree! from the first page of comments the new moderators are more interested in a chat than allowing people to have a real discussion, not just a one liner. I say if you are not interested in having a constructive debate dont comment!
