think there is a reason aqua doesn't start important games. for 20m quid you would expect he could turn with a ball ,can he actually play in a high tempo english premier league match i doubt it. and if he can,can he do it without picking up a virus or a sore ankle , think he has kewell-robben syndrome. best we get rid asap before he is out for another 3 yrs or something.
You see that is your opinion, now whether he can cut it or not in a high tempo game that remains to be seen.
Alot of people go on about all these virus' and sore ankle issues well the lad has fetaured on the bench 24 times this season, I'm always of the belief that if a player is fit enough for the bench then he's fit enough start.
Here is what gets me:
such as Aquilini making his debut back in october
Aquilanis dad saying he is ready in december
starting 2 games in three days at the end of december and then hardly featuring again
him saying he is ready in jan
rafa saying its all in the head but keeping picking him on the bench
him getting a couple of minutes only in certain games
him not getting on at all but el zhar coming on
P.S And I cannot believe your statement that he cannot turn with the ball you must be watchiung a different game to the ones I have seen him start or feature in for the first team and the reserves.
