Yes that was a major statement right there, and now I'm beginning to believe again. And it's encouraging to see Allen putting in a really good shift against a top side, all very encouraging. Rodgers should be in line for manager of the season for how he's turned our season around, he's doing brilliant imo.

On his day he is unplayable he just needs to work on his consistency and rodgers needs to set tactics to his strengths. But confidence builds and today won't do him any harm

Yes agreed. Sterling was not so god IMO. Wasted all his chances, but set up both goals on the other hand.

stop being childish.
my point has always been he has been ineffective and poor in front of goal and prior to the last two games that has been the case. no I am going to be childish i think. u'v talked him down long enough, showed no faith or support in what is a unique young talent. more shame u shame?  ill call it as i see it and what i posted above is right. he has been largely ineffective and terrible in front of goal up until 2 or 3 games ago. you are being short sighted and getting caught up in silliness. 38 games each season and rodgers and his squad only play for half of them. happened last year, happened this year and will happen next year. empty cabinets in anfield

ur a negative nelly flames . BR is young and learning too.. he made terrible decisions (buying mario and playing him for 10 games straight) but he knuckled down to some serious work and now we are reaping the benefits. good on him i say cause we have to ability to start filling up those cabinets u just have to show some faith.
