There are some very good sides in Spain, aside from the obvious big 3 you have Valencia, Sevilla and Villareal who are a very good up and coming side, probably the 'Southampton' of Spain but better in my opinion.
Atletico may not win the league this season but they are been on a upward spiral for the last two years so I wouldn't count them out of anything.
No need to speak about it at the end of the season, I watch La Liga regularly which is all the forecasting I need!
I would agree that the Premiership maybe be a little stronger overall and again would agree that Atletico's model probably won't be replicated anywhere else!
They are very good but not on the level of the top 3. Though long term like in germany sides do tend to have a good group come through and challenge the status quo for a short while.
They are fantastic and yes got better and better but again come see me at the end of the season if you think they will have anything more than touching distance on the top two come seasons end. They'll likely be close but I'd put money on them (and did) not winning it.
As do I, which is why I'm very sure they will be close but are unlikely to win it.
I think it could be replicated in some other leagues given a 'perfect storm', but the premier league is the least likely for it to work in. Too many very rich clubs that can out spend you very easily. Both in transfers and wages. The physicality also means a smaller pool of players excel and can be regularly relied upon.
