He has spoken before about why he doesn't celebrate goals. He says "You don't see a baker celebrate every cake he bakes, I'm a striker, my job is to score goals. I'm just doing my job."
He has a point too, but he needs to be better at his job.

yeah thats just weird. i hate him tbh.. his lack of emotion is a sure indicator why he won't make it anywhere. nobody could be assed with that kinda fella. i love a harry kane type fist pump celebration myself. mario's is like yeah and the next time i have to mark at a corner i might just stand there . harry kane is worth about a zillion times more than mario in every aspect of the game

He has a point too, but he needs to be better at his job. To be honest not bothered whether he celebrates or not and yes you are right he needs to do his job better. But a baker when he bakes a special cake must derive some pleasure in it. He is an oddball for sure but if he delivers none of us care over to you mario

I can't stand Mario and have bemoaned his signing from day one, but I can't remember wanted a player to succeed this much before. As much as he is a tw@t, I really want him to come good.
