Another mature performance by him and close to MOTM tonight again. Would love to see him play where Marko was playing today as he seems to be more direct and can beat a player at will.

I thought Can was MOTM, Moreno put in a shift too but yeah.. in all I agree with you about Ibe.
I've been singing his praises for a good while now in terms of his potential but against Everton and tonight he has looked to real deal.
Great to have Sturridge back too, we looked genuinely dangerous up top for the first time in ages.

There is no question of ibes ability I was saying that last season. The worrying thing for me is it will give FSG an excuse to sell sterling.

I don't want to jinx the lad, but he looks extremely confident and natural slotting into premier league football, even a few of the pundits touched on it, he doesn't look like a player that has only 2 games under his belt. Well done to him.

Yeah he seems quite happy to take on 2-3 players. At times I kept thinking he'd done too much with the ball and was about to lose it, only for him to create space for a decent pass. I don't think you get that from many young players, they're happier to play it safe and do the simple things right. He certainly has a lot of confidence.

Haha, yeah it took Spuds around 15 minutes to understand they had to at least double their defence on him when he had the ball.  ...Which created space for others around him since he simply passed he ball when he was overrun. Very mature display once again from young Ibe!
