So,
was just interested in what your guys opinion is on the kid now? He is still young but has shown in the past few games what he brings to the game and what his strengths are. When he first started for us, people said he was rubbish and not worth his fee. Was just wondering whether opinions have changed?
Do you think we overpaid for him or do you think he has shown why he is so highly regarded? Personally, I think he could take the league by storm next season once he has a few more games under his belt and learns to be a bit more agressive in his approach.
Your thoughts?

Showed at bit in the last few games. He can pick a pass. He looks to me like it will take him a while to find his feet. There is a player in there somewhere, hopefully he won't be another dud, but it's too early to tell.
We could have signed better established players for 20m. But we bought a prospect who won't be on big wages.
And a top prospect he was, it's what you pay nowadays for these players.

Agreed Ninja. Judging him so early on was never going to put him in good light. Its difficult finding tricky attacking players able to play across the front three with good technique, footwork and an incredibly high workrate. He has proven he is happy tracking back too. £20m is not a lot for one of the most rated talents in Europe. Him, Origi and Sterling were all on the shortlist for golden boy this year, most for any other club listed too. We should be proud that we are attracting the best young talent around.

Yeah, of the 40 or so players nominated for the Euopean golden boy award, we had 3 on the list, all attacking players. That's the most from any club on the continent. THAT is an impressive stat actually. If we add to that the likes of Sergi Canos and Wilson from the youth setup, we definately should expect some young talent coming through.

He is good. Just play him a few more games and he will show his real game. I think he will hit his top form in just few games.

Your thoughts? Roughly translated I told you so and I am better than you and I want you to be contrite First time I saw him was at the eithad I thought he looked useful since then nothing last couple of games the spark is back. He is no dud like Aspas or borini (another two of your preductions) but he has a way to go yet, but I like him we probably overpaid (we always do) but he now needs to be consistent and develop his cutting edge

Definite potential there and will only get better. I would like to see more pace and aggression in his game.

He looks like a decent player, but still seem a gamble. Haven't made a great deal of impact like the majority of the new signings. I guess time will tell.
