Went to the game today great atmosphere and good football I too thought we played well with some good individual performances the only thing was no cutting edge or end product but that might come but we need a decent striker and to replace Gerrard then we might start to do damage as well as look pretty and a new gk

Was nice to hear and see that the fans were up for it.

The signs are definitely there that we're slowly improving, despite our defense still being shyte. At least we're not as dire looking as before.

We put in a very good performance today. Does anyone have the official FA conversion chart for 'very good performances' to 'league points'. I lost mine and I can't update my wall chart. I've got the number of passes one done though, we're still at lots of passes and possession = f!ck all.

Our game was more fluid only because Arsenal doesn't park the bus, I don't think we will play nice footy against teams just defending and physical. We almost lost the game despite being 'outstanding' apparently. Rodgers doesn't know that defence is a major part of the game. Can't see us finishing 4th under him, no false dawn again for me.

there keeper was the only one who made saves they had 3 shots on goal one was in the 96th minute .
