Very good performance we could've won it well actually we deserved to win it. I think the difference we are seeing in the team is because pressure is off as if they have nothing to lose. Which is the best way to approach any match. Because of last season and the fact that we lost our best striker and the second best was too much on the players to handle. The pressure was big at the start of the season. But after losing so many points I think the players are feeling no pressure anymore and are performing to their potential. Also the new players are settling in and I can see us hitting a good form! I think they will surprise us in the second half of the season.

We put in a very good performance today.

We actually put very good performances against both united and arsenal, but that's the worrying thing, when you put good performances and don't win.

Yes some rhythm is back but our defending is a joke. We can never achieve anything with this defence system.

Our finishing is crap too. We had 27 attempts and we were lucky to score 2.

This was a poor arse team and we nearly lost the game. I'm not sure how long more Brendan's job is safe.

Giving Arsenal a good go like today and without a top striker isn't easy. I think we will start winning very soon and we will challenge for 4th place.

4th is a huge pipe dream unless we stop conceding.

Defence and goal keeping are tricky areas it is more of a confidence matter than tactical. Once you have a match or two with clean sheets you'll start automatically do better.
Hopefully that happens soon!!!

Went to the game today great atmosphere and good football I too thought we played well with some good individual performances the only thing was no cutting edge or end product but that might come but we need a decent striker and to replace Gerrard then we might start to do damage as well as look pretty
