Yeah Rodgers is a pretty average manager, but FSG have destroyed our club probably beyond repair now. There's no chance of us getting a new stadium once we've already started investing in redevelopment which as Moores said in the 90s leaves you behind as soon as you've finished. it's not just about seats and if you think it is you haven't got a clue. In addition to this their seemingly forced upon transfer strategy has cost us over 200 million pounds in obviously bad and mediocre transfers that were never going to work, and leaves our team with absolutely nothing to build upon.

We had a unique opportunity getting 75 million for one player, but we won't get that kind of money to spend again. So it's impossible to improve the team significantly, and as the laughing stock of Europe we can't get a proven manager. Our club is wrecked beyond repair (short of oil baron owners coming in) thanks to them. Game over for consistent top 4. We had a chance against all odds thanks to Suarez, but buying obviously mediocre talent with the proceeds of his sale have killed that chance.

I agree short of a man city type owner it's game over for us as a top club the best we can hope for is one of the domestic cups a great pity as we were one of the best clubs in Europe once and last year almost got back there but we have blown our one asset suarez the only consolidation is Henry might not make his hundreds of millions and might well make a loss

The issue is not BR he is good proved it last year. The sad thing about modern Football is you have to spend big to win trophies.
What I mean about big is buying the top top players like Ronaldo Messi Roben. Otherwise there is almost no chance to win anything.
