My question is this: how many managers do we need to recruit and sack before the penny drops and we begin to focus on FSG and their recruitment and wage policy? Your wasting your time H. Rogers is the man at the front of the crowd and so he is the only one people wish to hurl rotten tomatoes at. It's not that clouds are looming and with it justifiable criticism, but that if it comes to it the fans finally let rip and vent I hope it's everyone milking LFC not just the manager and that includes those across the pond. If we are in fourth place lacking the crucial 40m man to make a difference in our title bid I can accept that it is FSG's fault. You look at the teams above us - Southampton and West Ham have but a fraction of our resources and are playing far better - and that is totally down to managerial prowess and the ability to coach and get the best out of players.

Stability is important for success. He will make mistakes but will learn from them if given enough time. He is young with potential he proved it with Swansea and us last season. Some of the signings didn't go well but some others did. Having a new manager at this stage all it can do to us is waste more time and money. There isn't a quick fix here. If we get 3 world class players with BR will do good and it is the quickest solution.

BR certainly has no quick fixes regards defending and that is a worry when ur talking top managers. the top managers would fix our defending in a day , we are going seasons floundering around back there

Ok he tried to fix it with Lovren but it didn't work. Maybe in the next buys he can. It is just better to give him more time and see. Do we expect to win the title with a new manager next season??? No. so supporting Rodgers and buy world class players is our best option.

He is bloody poor at defensive tactics and I definitely don't think supporting him is our best option. Don't look only at our last game which could have gone either way.

Yeah I suppose I am, nothing as mindless as a mob. I’d be the first to accept that Rodgers has made mistakes and I’ve said long time back that defense is likely to be his achilles heel. However when you look at what we’ve spent and the number of players bought that are unusable and would be unusable in most mid to lower table teams, one would think that attention would have focused on the recruitment and wage policy by now.

Agree H, but not only are those players unusable - they are unsellable too. At least if we are planning to not lose money on them.
Who in their right mind would for example pay around £ 20 M for Markovic, Lallana and Lovren - combined that is - not to speak of that price for each one of them????

Whether we should keep him or not depends on who replacs him. If it's pep or klopp or ancelotti, I'd drop him in a heartbeat, but it's no use replacing him with Pardew or Allardyce

OK can't disagree much with you on this point but, the fact that we finished second last season coming so close to winning the league let it be because of Suarez but just because he brought us this close makes him deserve to stay here further than this season even if we don't finish it well. I know a lot will say its because of Suarez but, some credit must be given to BR.
