We've all had enough time to reflect on our woeful performance on Sunday, so lets move on. Tonight is an absolutely huge game for Liverpool and particularly Brendan Rodgers. If we don't win this then it may just cost Rodgers his job, however if we win the it COULD change the face of our season. Something tells me he's going to surprise us tonight and try something different, it will be interesting to see how he reacts to the pressure.

My team would be:

------------Mignolet------------------
Manquillo Skrtel Sakho (if fit) Moreno
--------Can---------Lucas-------------
------------Gerrard-------------------
Sterling------------------------Borini
-----------Lambert--------------------

I think we need a strong midfield tonight as it is gonna be a physical battle. I would push Gerrard up into a more free-role midfield position so we don't have to rely on his defensive duties. Not sure if Henderson is fit so I've left him out, although he hasn't been playing well anyway. Coutinho is more of an impact player from the bench so I've put Borini in the team as he will give it his all.

I do believe we will win tonight, however it won't surprise me if we don't either. But lets get behind the team and try be positive until after the result at least.

What are your thoughts, predictions etc?

No idea either what to expect but the same old same old will probably put a further nail in the coffin. He has to change things big time.

On Sunday's display can't see how anyone could play Skrtel over Toure. If the man's fit he'd be the first on the sheet for me.

After the Madrid game, Toure & Lucas have to start for me.

I'd bench Gerrard until later in the game and give starts to Can, Lallana, Borini,

It’s like;y to be and should be a win for me, probably a 0 - 1 or a 1 - 2, doubt it’ll be high scoring as it’s likely to be fraught even though both need a win.
Who to play? Tbh I haven’t a clue if not the usual suspects, then who is in any kind of form? Rodgers will have to try and lift them, including himself and pick those looking sharpest in training. Despite his age and recent form Gerrard is still the only quality player available, though I agree he needs a rest, yet I’d pick him in this game in a more forward role in behind the strikers and Play Can and Lucas in front of the defense with Toure on for rip-your-shirt Skyrtel. Sterling seems to have lost a yard or two, but for lack of options probably has to play...might as well burn him out proper while we’re at it! Anyway I think it’ll be our first win in a while and maybe get some kind of energy going.

I have no idea who will play. But I am expecting to get beat. This team are no mugs and the way we've been of late we'd struggle to beat a non league side.

I just hope he plays two up front but I have serious doubts on that one. Unless he rests players for the mega stoke clash on Saturday.

I dont know what to think or say just having my tea and then watching the game. I am video plus'ing masterchef which I will watch after the game and for my tea having a rissoto home made of course. The game could go either way a rebound or the medocity carries on. Whatever I am not going to get in a tiss over it. The club has rejected me and the likes of me so they can chuff off and shove their £55 a game with it. And another thing I am not going to the stoke game but going to manchester xmas markets where I intend to have two glasses of mulled wine and a hog roast thingy which should set me back £6 plus the mulled wine which I am guessing would be £12 for the two. See you cant get away from paying out can you ? All this on a Liverpool home game which just a few years ago nothing would have kept me away from. Welcome to coroporate football !!!!

Let some of them players show what they can do and push for a start in the league. They can't do any worse than are so called first teamers

Yeah it’s hard to have much confidence, given recent form, but despite a lack of quality everywhere, I still feel we’ve got enough to beat Ludogorets. However we’ll have to lift our game several notches over recent performances, and that means fight, if there’s any fight in these players. It’s going to be a test of spirit and character and if we can’t show that in this game then we’re in a bad place indeed! Somehow I feel as if I know we can beat these guy’s if we have the hunger and the will to fight for it, so I’m standing by a prediction of a narrow win. To paraphrase that incredibly brutal basturd, Oliver Cromwell, I’ll put my trust in God but I’ll keep my money in my pocket!
