Yeah - some people want him to fail so badly it's eclipsed their sense of reality. I can't believe I am sticking up for him having wanted Raffa in but I am now enough. As you have highlighted KP this is disgraceful. He is Liverpool manager and it appears more on here want him and the team to fail than who want us to win and succeed and they are so say 'fans'. Thankfully I don't see that attitude being conveyed by the stadium supporters in the next 2 games otherwise we might as well just throw the towel in and request relegation for next season. Pitiful and saddening it really is. YNWA what a feckin joke. This is the Liverpool mentality stick with a manager who doesn't perform because we support our own. Rogers has a job to do, he is in a results based business, he is only as good as his last game and that we lost to a woeful CP side. Well I guess because I don't agree with this [oops] I'm not a real fan. Walk on.

We are 12 games in to a season not 32 and I don't see you or anyone else suggesting anyone as a replacement at this point who has a cat of hells chance of coming in here NOW. Any fool can spout off sack the manager sack the manager well it's worked well at Spurs and oh yeh it's worked well at Liverpool recently too hasn't it? How far would your 'real fan bit' get any team at any club if this was being shown ground side when anyone wasn't winning every game? That was the point.

Every team has rough spells but for me its the lack of change or the ability to sort out the issues that's worrying.
Its almost as if he is so stubborn he thinks he can ride out the issues by sticking to the same plan.
To me that's poor management because he is not be flexible at all.

If he had won anything before in his career and stuck by his guns then yes by all means give the guy a chance. That said he has never won anything, he can however make teams playing attacking free flowing football. The inability to change things or try something else is going to be his undoing.

Don't get it twisted son this is just juvenile.
I do not need to sit here and fantasize about who would , should or can come in and steady the ship or be an improvement on Rogers or future signings. More often than not I'll get it wrong. It is bloody enlightening to have one person speak for the 40 000 plus fans at Anfield though as it seems you are doing.
I hope Rogers get's it right in his next two games. But I highly doubt he will and I cannot see the need to have him be around until Christmas as from the evidence of these 12 games he will just get worse.

Nice to hear. I can't see it happening either (as said many times) but whilst he has a slim chance of turning it round it should surely be given?

It's a bit like having a tooth ache and taking pain killers to numb the pain.
What I mean is that a couple of scrappy, lucky wins are not enough.
Personally, and I really mean this, if we played outstanding football in the next 2/3 games but lost all of them to dodgy decisions or something completely beyond our control then I wouldn't be that keen on getting shut of Rodgers.
But that expectancy just doesn't exist with me.
At the end of the day, although its a results driven sport its our performances on the pitch that have been abysmal this season and some of the wins we have had completely flatter us.
I'd rather he go sooner rather than later so that something can be done with the rest of our season.

Nobody knows how FSG will react, I wouldn't be surprised if Rodgers see's the season out or gets his p45 first thing thursday morning. There seems to be this myth that FSG are affraid to act, ask Kenny & Commolli what their take on it is
