Point is if Adolf was caught before he killed himself, would he have been allowed to carry on his trade after serving time?
In today's society, loose morals is acceptable and criminals getaway with murder.

We can only go by what the law says.
If he has raped then the sentence is laughable, If he is innocent then again its a poor system.
either way someone should be guiding him in front of the media as he isn't coming across very well.

well he stands by the fact that he is innocent. his not going to say sorry for raping someone if he doesnt think he did nothing wrong.

If she'd agreed to go with his mate wtf is Ched doing there in the first place, did his ego take a hit when she didn't choose him and if she was that [oops] has the bloke no morals? His actions sound quilty to me but that's without reading up on the case notes.

That job interview was going so well until I realized I was fukked up on acid in the middle of a cornfield naked and talking to a scarecrow.

Hardly done nothing wrong!
I didn't say he should say sorry if he is innocent, he should tread lightly with the media all over him whilst he is showing no concern or humility for what has happened.
He shouldn't have sex with drunken women even if he is drunk if he isn't sure she or indeed he understands what they are doing.
If he had a girlfriend or wife at the time he should keep it in his trousers anyway..
I admit some people cant manage that though.

"Quilty as charged", said the man under the duvet.

Is that fair? What sort of message does that send out to other young men?

He was a £3m player 4 years ago. He was probably on upwards of £10k a week and is looking to play again. His victim has to live with watching him rake it in every week and set himself up for a comfortable life in the future.

He has done the crime but he hasn't done the time. I hope that fans will stay away from any team he plays for so that he becomes a poison. There really is no place for him in the game. So perhaps this is where his sentence should really begin by not getting back into the game.

Very well said Esso, I agree completely.

However, whether Evans returns to a career in football or not, really shouldn't be the case here.. The discussion should be focused on how is it possible to server only 2 years in prison for being convicted of rape? That is absolutely fuckking disgusting.
