It was a joke mate...clearly everyone has the right to post what they want as long as its not prejudice etc, no need to get your knickers in a twist.

I think there is two camps the anti BR and the BR will come good.

Me i stay in middle, i don't want BR sacked now but neither do i think he is having a good season so far.

I think the BR out camp is more a few people trying to make fire at this stage. I think the vast majority want to give him at least until the end of the season, if nothing else there is a general recognition that there aren't an abundance of 'likely better' candidates licking their lips at the prospect of joining us mid season if at all. He earned his time last season, but like Kenny I fear his transfers will be the death of him (if it is indeed Rodgers who drives our recruitment strategy).

The OP quite clearly doesn't give fair weight to our '2 possible paths to follow' however, and where the attractive football has been played I don't know. Did we play a game behind closed doors since Real I don't know about?

Most of our possession this season has been passing the ball in our own half not the attacking football from last season.

Totally agree, sideways passing (or back to keeper) until someone eff's it up and it goes out for a throw in seems to be a key strat for 2014.

So perhaps there's more than two camps?

Everyone trying to simplify things by categorizing others opinions is just ridiculous. It seems you have to be constantly over the moon with everything LFC, never daring to question FSG, the transfer committee/policy or Brendan Rodgers or you get labeled a doom & gloomer, a pessimist, a defeatist doomsayer.

Face it 3 seasons in, nothing to show for it and 1 class youngster from the academy who wasn't even signed by Rodgers.

There's always one team who does well, or gets off to a good start, and suddenly everyone should be compared to them..

Utd are struggling and City are about to be dumped out of Europe and seem to have gone backwards.

Hear a lot of talk on here about mercenary players and the club being a business, and we still want billionaire sheiks to throw money at the problem.

I have lost belief in BR mainly as he has not been able to sort out our problem regarding conceding goals over 2 seasons and after spending close to 70m (Mignolet 10, Sakho 18, Lovren 20, Moreno 12, Ilori 7). Top managers start building a team by bringing stability to the defence and BR has so far failed miserably.
