everybody has an opinion on rafa. no he has not won us the premier league however lucky or not he won us the champs league in his first season, which was beyond everybodys wildest dreams. do we sacrafice him in the hope that we will get Mourinho....... what if Jose says no way....who will we get....King Kenny, would be nice but the game has changed so much since he last had a job.

I have at times during matches been very frustrated at some of our performances but one season does not make a bad team nor does one nearly great season make us world beaters.

However if Rafa gets the backing next season i believe we will go close.

I would just like to say that i have been reading the icliverpool forum for a number of years and find it disgusting that the way some so called Liverpool supporters personally insult the Boss about his weight etc because we are having a bad season.

So all i can say is he must be the only Spanish Waiter thats won the champs league and the FA cup... not bad eh... lets hope he can serve up some more....

Its quite embarrassing and childish when our OWN supporters start calling Rafa names. Just shows a lack of respect and education.

one bad season?

try one good season out of 6.

the reason he is eing touted by italian and spanish leagues is because that is were he is succesful. he cant do it in england.

he failed and its time to leave.

so 2005 was not a good season did we not win the champs league and then what about 2006 and the FA cup. then another champs league final in 2007.

Yes i would like more than anyone if we could win the prem but we are not playing on the same playing field as utd,chelsea,Arsenal & now city..

we need to be in a position where we can buy without having to sell...like city like chelsea like man u. however i do think utd could be in a bit of trouble over the next couple of years like we are now.

Lets face it over the last five years we have not had the quality in depth to be sucessful in the prem but we have managed success in other competitions.

i am not a support benitez at all costs supporter, i am a realistic supporter who thinks that despite his mistakes he is doing the best with what he has and given the same support i feel he will succeed...

who do we get if he goes. Mourinho. if so lets hope we can assure him of £100 million to spend so he can build his own team or he wont be coming here.
