Just checked and we play on Sunday 2 Days before Real Madrid on Wednesday. Maybe someone will be dropped here as in rested but who knows. Both games are important but I think Rodgers will be tempted. i think 3 points against qpr is just as important as the 3 points against real.

EXCITED FOR THIS GAME, as we should have a full squad to pick from if everything goes well during the international break.
QPR are the worst team in the league, so lets smash them. I would give sterling a rest because roy will probably play him in both international games.

I would expect allen and Gerrard to alternate throughout the game, and I thought put Johnson in there just to give Manquillo a rest.

Time was we only got exited about beating or smashing the big boys, not the QPR’s of the world, says a lot of where we’re at now and what our expectations have been brought to. Actually it says a lot about something else to me. Imagine a world where LFC had fans who were only willing to cheer or get excited when we play the big boys. No wonder it's been dead at Anfield. Perhaps if the attitude was right last season throughout the season, we would have seen off Crystal Palace and won the title.

I cannot understand fans who only get excited about the big games. I get excited about every game Liverpool plays. Don't insult my intelligence by suggesting my expectations have been managed. Sorry but to me, that is an insult, I have a mind of my own and am able to use it. The fact I get excited when LFC play has nothing to do with expectations being managed but about me seeing the club I love play. Be it against Tranmere or Real madrid.

To me as it is now every prem game is more important than the cl games because we have a chance at a top four finish but no chance of a cl trophy so to be in the cl next season we need to be extracting maximum points from all teams small or big or we can kiss CL footy goodby for next season and the money and players it brings ! Sounds about the same as how I feel.

To me as it is now every prem game is more important than the cl games because we have a chance at a top four finish but no chance of a cl trophy so to be in the cl next season we need to be extracting maximum points from all teams small or big or we can kiss CL footy goodby for next season and the money and players it brings ! Sounds about the same as how I feel. But we have to go as far as possible in the champions leagur to get the most money which will help our transfer kitty. I disagree that pl games are more important, cl games is equally important for the money and prestige it brings.
