You have no idea who I am, but for one thing, I wouldn't be able to be in your company for 5 mins if in real life you cry and moan as much as you do it here. Saying that you are subsidising me and other overseas tv subscribers is one of the most stupid things you've said. I even proved it to you that this is not a subdidy (but a pricing strategy) because the FA increases its gross profit by selling rights abroad (actually you would have had to pay more if nobody was buying abroad), but of course this you cannot understand this. Now I leave you to your gloomy and depressive life, don't want anything to do with you. You are as disgusting on your comments on overseas fans as the poster Mike who got kicked out of here.
Let me start by saying I actually agree with you, I don't believe UK ticket prices etc subsidise the cost of viewing in foreign countries but that's just my opinion.
I would however like to point out that subsidies are very much possible within a pricing strategy so stop using the terms like they are mutually exclusive to prove a point, it doesn't make any sense.
In addition you spend 5 pages talking about how the prices in the uk and foreign countries are largely independent based on supply and demand of the market in question (I agree with this), and then say the above (in bold) which completely contradicts everything else you've said.
Now I wouldn't have bothered to call you out on these clear mistakes if you hadn't hurled personal abuse at another user
yet again "stupid, idiot, senile" (the last of which could be incredibly offensive to some users). You had a completely valid point and you made your case and he disagreed, that went round in circles but only one of you resorted to name calling and you come off the worse for it, perhaps if you can't handle yourself in a debate (even if you clearly feel passionate about it) perhaps you shouldn't enter into a back and forth.
