For a start, there's no way Utd would have sold us Wellback had we wanted him. Second, I remember all the p!ss taking in here of 'Wellcrap' as I think some called him.

No I dont think Utd would have sold him I always thought he was a decent player but the united fans I know dont rate him but they are a bunch of moaners. And my city pals think Balotelli is a joke
They're both good players when played where they should be in the way they should be. Wellback never scored as he was played out on the left. Now he's being played through the middle, he scores.
Balo shouldn't be played up front on his own. He has been and he looks crap. He mostly had a partner when at City and he didn't do too bad there. He also looked quite handy with Sturridge at Spurs.
