You said FSG could not have done more I strongly disagree That's not me saying I'm happy is it? You just make you're own [oops] up and then wonder why people don't take your posts seriously! And tell me what more could they have done within FFP this summer to show more ambition? They have been here four years they could have spent big before FFP and I am not sure they spent the maximum under FFP every window. But the proof is where we are going nowhere Maybe you are unaware but FFP takes into account 3 years in arrears. Also, our net spend of 33m of last summer was the 3rd highest behind United and Arsenal who can spend more under FFP.

Brendan Rodgers has defender Liverpool's efforts to replace Luis Suarez, yet conceded that Mario Balotelli represented his last viable option when signing the forward from Milan for £16m.

It's easy to forget what a mess we were in when Kenny took over. Up until the Evra incident we were actually playing well. Yes the Suarez thing was handled badly but that was as much symptomatic of the state of the club as anything. Controversy aside we might have qualified for CL that season.
But just because we're having a poor start to the season doesn't mean we should hit the panic button. A couple of wins and things will start looking better. I would target min 8 points from next 4 games as well.
And we were even in a bigger mess when he left us after just 18 months in charge

When KD took over from Roy we were in the bottom half of the table, when he was sacked we were 8th after going to 2 finals, winning 1, in a season when SG didn't play until Dec, Suarez missed more than 12 games with bans injuries etc.

Exactly, 8th place + 2 cup finals, back in Europe via a cup win, Suarez settled in England, verbally agreed a deal to sign Diame on a free, was already talking to both Bent and Sturridge about a possible transfer, personally I think KK would have had us in the Champions League that season and who knows where we would be now. Meanwhile Rodgers would have probably be back in the Championship trying to steal someone else's glory.

Are you being serious?
Mohammed Diame who now plays of Hull, has one good game in 10, would you really want us signing him?
How do you know we were talking to Sturridge and Bent? If you mean Darren Bent then no thanks, this is the guy who can't get a game for love nor money anywhere at the moment!
Did you forget how bad we performed in the second half of that season?

If he was so good why did John Henry sack him ? And Henry was quoted as saying he would have sacked him even if they had won the FA cup. Anyway I could do with a laugh after Rodgers goes let's bring king kenny in back as manager he could even cut the tape on our lovely refurbished no expense spared stadium

I really cant believe there are still people who would have Dalglish back again. The guy set us back years and the first thing Rodgers had to do was to repair the damage Kenny had caused. During those last six months the football was shocking, we scraped past Cardiff in the league cup final and then lost to Chelsea in the other one. I couldn't wait for the season to end and funnily enough Kenny's reign ended (Thank god) with a defeat to Brendan's Swansea.

Nonesense the greatest manager in the history of the game the only reason no chairman have offered him a new mangerial contract after disgracefully being sacked by Henry is they are so excited over his availability they cannot dial the telephone their hands are shaking so much
