similar to the Chelsea game, even 4-3 still not enough so by pushing further forward the end was 4-4

The effort was there, just unlucky. Any other time we would haev won 4-2. Arshavin won't hit the ball as consistantly as that again. He was quite poor on the weekend I thought.

yep Arshavin was on fire that game - he'll not hit them that sweet in a while but I hope he finds the same form against the mancs in their next 3 games! wink

I have to admit, Arshavin looks absolute class.

I'd have him in our team any day. He's not even a left winger.

Hopefully he'll get four against the scum. Come on Arsenal.

for us to win the title next year we need to make minimal changes.

one or two class players is all we need. johnson and tevez would be my top buys. they both are excellent prem players and both would fit right into rafa's system. tevez could play anywhere along our front line. in place of gerrard, kuyt, riera or torres. and he's a workhorse.

silvas a great player but for the fee required i think he will take quite a while to adapt. he's not the strongest or fastest player in the world, think he would be a bit like nasri this season.

yep Johnson and Tevez would be two players I would put top of my list too. I hope we can keep Alonso and Agger so as to keep a settled side for next season.

We NEED to keep Agger and Alonso or we will go backwards. Rafa knows that and I'm sure he will be making sure they stay.

Don't why Alonso even gets mentioned in the market. He will stay and I also think Rafa will do what he can to keep Alonso here. Has been our most consistent and reliable players for the season. As for Agger I truly hope he does stay but it seems it becoming a difficult task to old on to him. i think he is class and would be a real shame to see him moved on although it may be his choice!

Like I said above, we need them both or we will go backwards. No point getting good forwards if the midfield and backline are gone.
