just saying mcleish is not the manager i would want to replace rafa with. it's no improvement if you ask me...

Maybe I should have said the brand of football Birmingham are asked to play is why Mcleish should never allowed any where near the home dugout at Anfield especially if he's failed in Scotland with one of the big two.

Pros:Good man management,alot of success as coach of Celtic.
Cons:Long ball man,Emp's no1 choice.

Roy Hodgson.
Pros:Very expierenced,good track record,good man management.
Cons:He is 63,can be defensive in his tactics.

Frank Rijkaard.
Pros:2 La Liga's and CL,young and plays attractive football.
Cons:Couldn't handle Ronaldinho,has greasy hair.

Alex McLeish.
Pros:Won the SPL twice,managed Scotland.
Cons:Messed up at Rangers,plays boring football.

Jose Mourinho.
Pros:Won almost every honour as a manager.
Cons:Arrogant,it's all about him.

Rafa Benitez.
Pros:Has won almost every honour as a manager,still popular with fans.
Cons:Defensive coach,suspect at transfers and man management.
