Rather see Rafa turn it around. If there's going to be a change then I hope it's not O'Neill.Hard to say who would be a realistic option. Hodgson is quality but he is very defensive in nature so not sure that would satisfy the masses after the negative displays this season.Wakka, I'd go for Louise Redknapp myself!

I would sooner have Avram Grant than O'Neill personally. i think Avram Grant is just there waiting to be snapped up and get himself out of pompey (no disrespect to pompey)

mourinho must be the number one option. as flames said earlier, we need someone revolutionary. i know it could be tough to land him but if the news about the coming investment is true then i'm 100% he'd love to come here.

I always thought Owen Coyle could have been a good option but he has only just moved. Martinez could also be worth a look but maybe in a few years. Not too keen on MON. If he is all that then why has he not been offered a top job before?

the only way we would get mourine is if we have masses of money to spend cos thats what he has to have to be a good manager.i cant stand the stupid little man so i hope he doesn't come to us.
i would take Hodson over MON but i think they are both good coaches and given a chance at a high expentancy club may do very well.
some of the names mentioned fill me with dread but i guess we'll all just have to wait n see,i got a feeling Rafa wont go anywhere with-out a big pay off so this could become a mute point anyway.

with G&H taking a back seat now, who would decide if rafa is to be sacked and who would appoint a new manager. Surely with G&H on the way out the Board wouldn't allow them to appoint a new manager.

i wouldent have mon hes done nothing that john gregory did at villa but with more money so if he goes to man u then that will be good .lots of people talk about other managers that to be fair are average managers ,if liverpool want to win the league then signing a top manager like mourino or hidink is the only way forward ,it would be nice to get a unknown or a hodgeson but we havent won the league and liverpool cant afford another gamble for 5 years ,and if we cant attract a top manager then well just have to stick with rafa because up until this season we have been a dominant force in european football.
