I don't know whether you are taking the mickey or not, but either way, i don't feel its worthy of a response from me. Either you are kidding, or your view and understanding of business is so vastly different to mine that there really is no point.

P.S. business women and men do not invest several hundred millions of pounds simply because a local rival is not. Whoever told you that lied to you. People with an inferiority complex do that, to try and be better at least in one aspect because there is no possible way they could better you in any other.

My guess is they've spotted the first real opportunity to get ahead of us since the days of Dixie Dean, and I fear they may well be motivated enough to gird their lions and grasp it. Given the way we are now I'd mind my house if I we're you.

So they decide to build a stadium because we are not...hm...you must be very clever

It's called competition vish, known as the life blood of trade and commerce, one doesn't have to be very clever to aware of that, and football is as competitive as any other business, or had you missed that?

Competition on the size of stadium? Very clever

Everton might not build a new stadium next week but their intentions are clear and inevitably they will build a new stadium which fir clubs looking to the future us the only choice particularly anfield and goodison which are in tight poor locations. I liken these locations to Maine road Manchester city's ex ground which like goodison and anfield are surrounded by residential housing which is entirely unsuitable for a modern stadium Manchester United are different as their ground has lots of space and is in an ideal location. We are taking an unsuitable path just to satisfy the artificial financial goals of an investor who has no affinity with the club it's people or the city

We'll see what comes out of their stadium.

There's talk that their new ground will actually be a shared ground with us. That would put the extension into perspective, making it more of a stopgap.
