If you look at it, O'Neill could be a realistic replacement, if Rafa goes. We all have opinions on who we'd like to see come in but if you look at realistic targets i.e. available, there aren't that many who could work within out budget.

Would you agree and would you take him?

I've never really wanted to see him come in but his experience of the English game could be an attraction for me.

I'd still like to see Rafa turn it round though.

If people could add other realistic targets it would be good to see what we come up with.

Martin O'neil and his brand of hoof ball can stay where it is!

The only other manager I like instead of Rafa if he can't turn it around is Mourinho.

Who could work WITH OUR BUDGET. Unless the DIC's come back in i don't see Maureen coming near us. Realistic options i reckon would be O'Neil, Hodgson, Rikjaard, Di Matteo etc etc. To sum up no Mo, no Hiddink and the like

he is a very good coach, nobody can doubt o niell.

I still think we have a good coach, we were unlucky this season.

If we compare our feeling last year this time, to our feelings now, its a huge contrast. Many fans are angry, any choice made in anger/haste is very seldom the correct one.

Nobody could have predicted our outcome this season, if we made the prediction last year this time.

So who can guarantee that next year we will be worst off, or in the same position as this season. maybe we could have a dream season. ou just cant predict it.

O'Neill wouldn't be top of my list, but if thats the best we can get he will have to do.

Del Bosque,Rijkaard,Hodgson,Mourinho would be ahead of him for me personally.

Cheap as chips options,Avram Grant,Paul Lambert,Nigel Pearson,Di Matteo.

Its all press speculation and even if Rafa did leave then there has other realistic candidates. O'neil's brand of football is ugly and he's no idea of how to deal with European football he'll take us back years.
