in that case your talking rubbish because ive read every post on all the stadium threads and ive never read anything that you could get upset about!

unless you consider someone posting views that oppose stan that include lots of facts and figures and counter arguments, all which get ignored by him as abuse.

I insulted Stan. I called him a douche. I'm sorry, but if you are in a debate, and the other person takes the time to put together a well reasoned post, with arguments which are fair, and then you don't even take the time to read it, but instead carry on with the same drivel as always, that is an insult, and that makes someone a douche.

Now, since Stan did that several times on that thread, he got what he came for. If he can't take the time to read the posts, and answer normally, but instead beats the same drum over and over and refuses to acknowledge perfectly valid points, then he has no right to complain about being insulted.

I would say this is right. If what some on here think is abuse, I wonder how they get on in the real world?

I have never met Alan sugar so I would not know. But I have been to plenty of LEP (local enterprise partnership) conferences in the north west region and I don't recall seeing Alan sugar at any of them. But no matter what's your argument ? That Alan sugar is a more clever man than me, so he is ! And therefore I will believe every word he says. Don't answer that I have already worked it out. I prefer to back my own judgement thank you

I read all the posts and the stadium debate and as far as I am aware I have answered every one. As well as following Liverpool I have kept watch of our competitors in the region and I am convinced unless we build comparable infrastructure we will not compete in the long term. That's obvious to anyone. The counter argument to this to me seems to be summed up by we can't afford it. What these people miss is the we is not Liverpool FC but John Henry. The building of a new stadium does not match his personal financial plans. That's why we are not having a new stadium and that will impact on the club and the team long term. I have heard nothing of sense by any other posters that says otherwise other than it will cost too much. That is the owners problem not ours,
