Maxi the match e experience is the welfare of the club the club is the fans and the community or do you see it just as a cold speculators investment ? Perhaps it is that but not much of a football fan or a lover of the game are you ? The best match experience would be to win games, no? I would personally be very unhappy to go and have great beer and food at the game and go home after that my team has lost. You should better go to shopping malls instead of games. Shows how remote from the game you are I don't believe you have ever experienced a football match you may have popped over on a day trip but football is about miles more than winning vish as important as that is. The highs the lows the emotions the stadiums the friends the banter the travel and you would condense it to winning and losing ? Let me tell you there are many fans spend a lifetime following teams and they never win a thing. I don't want to insult you but I truly feel sorry for you in your analogy I remember losing at villa park FA cup semi final yes after the game I was destroyed to I remember it and always will likewise Athens 2007 No need to be sorry for me and I really don't feel insulted because I am happy with my life and don't keep moaning all the time because I am never satisfied.

I wonder how Inter and AC Milan fans feel about it. I mean, presumably it's not a problem?
Also, imagine the size and capacity of a possibly shared stadium, it's conceivable that both clubs would benefit substantially from it. Liverpool and Everton both in the Champions League would be great for the city, I care more about that then memorabilia and so on. I just hate the idea of a ground share no matter how much sense it made tbh,the pitch would suffer too.
That job interview was going so well until I realized I was fukked up on acid in the middle of a cornfield naked and talking to a scarecrow.

People that go to the games should have their own forum. That way they can keep all the oot and tv watchers in a separate second class forum

Yeah it would bother me if the pitch was constantly in a poor condition and I must admit, I do understand why some people would have a problem with the idea of a ground share. It would be great for the city if we could have a 100,000 capacity stadium though. I can't imagine the experience of actually trying to watch the game is any good in such large stadiums though.

I used to go watch Lazio when i was living in Rome which is 80 odd thousand capacity and had no probs but i'm 6ft 4 so it was probably a bit tough on the short assed Italians stood behind me.

lets consider something else with regards to capacity. What about the adoption of safe standing that we see being implemented so successfully by the germans? Where do people stand on this? Safe standing would be great.......in a new stadium

Could we fill 100,000 every week? I have always thought we could fill 75 but not 100.

I have always thought we could fill 75 but not 100. you wouldnt know how much in demand tickets are from overseas fans. and how many overseas fans pay exorbitant prices at twofolds/threefolds to get the tickets. anyway, some parts of the stadium would probably be converted to a VIP area for premium ticket holders, where you pay premium prices for that extra hospitality, beyond the ones available now
Probably the greatest leftback to have scored against United at Trafford

Good point by the last poster a new stadium would give much greater capacity for premium and corporate seating. Also an impressive stadium would attract more oversea Liverpool fans and general tourists rather as the nou camp does today
