True I don't agree with a lot of things posters do on both sides of the debate

whos ranting and raving about fsg? this thread is just pointing out that fsg have a plan for the club and showing how its coming together. its a reasonable article that has plenty of facts and info about whats happening at the club. But when these type of threads get posted on this site you get the usual suspects posting their opinion as fact! ive not got a problem with anyone that doesn't like fsg but I have a problem with people making up their own version of events to suit their agenda.

Can you explain why Stan had a go at me on the other thread regarding opposition analysis? He just wants to get cheap shots in. I don't see why we, who think LFC is on the right track, shouldn't be able to express our views without being called blind faithers, eternal optimists, Pro FSG or whatever. If you expect to be able to express your concerns and views, you have to afford the opposition the right to do the same.

Trying to pin the blame on any one side is pointless because there are hundreds of pages of arguments and as you know, it takes 2 to tango.

But at least i don't try and make out like i am angel in this situation, i have taken digs, but unlike Stan and yourself, i am not crying wolf.

Footie is almost back and finally we will be able to watch the plan coming together again as we play Villa off the park. Cant wait. We are going places guys, another exciting season is upon us.

I hope so and I personally think it will because of Rodgers but it depends on the new signings if they don't come good it will land on FSG's head people expectations have increased after last season

Yes that's a good thing for you but mine have been raised I thought we should have won the title last year and I expect them to win it this year. I know no other thing as a Liverpool fan we are born strivers and winners we want and demand the best. Which us why I am so disappointed with the ground situation.

Oh, that's nice. Funny though, you must be a newly formed Liverpool supporter because i clearly remember you saying you expected us to be 4th or 5th last season and even siding with JoeCoolFlames saying we were closer to Swans and WBA than we were to the top clubs. I remember you saying we had no chance of challenging for the title and that only a fool would have written united off last season.

Back to the point though, last season you didn't expect us to challenge for the title, let alone win it...and as you pointed out, Liverpool fans know no other way than to expect to be challenging every year. I expected us to challenge and win, as i do now...guess that makes me more of a Liverpool supporter, according to your criteria.

I don't think its wise to underestimate Villa, I hope you are right and we demolish them like we did vs tottenham but Villa have taken 7 points in the last 3 Anfield visits, they have a pacy attack upfront that will no doubt test our defence. Hopefully its an easy game and 3 points to take that into midweek but I wouldn't be cocky if I was you.
