We will be the 3rd biggest close to 2nd in a couple of years with the option of going to 71k which will probably at least be among the top4 biggest stadium in the league. How can that be too small?

I do realise none of this matters to you or never will its not a priority to you winning is all watching on TV but here clubs are part of life and the community and the city. Other than Chelsea we are the only club doing it but we don't have a rich owner.
