Manchester United who are the scum well if they are the scum and we are not the scum then how come they have a stadium like that accross from media city and we are arguing how many seats some anonomous engineer posting on the internet can cram nto tiny Anfield in the back streets ?

I have been waiting for the answer for 30 years promises by Moores then Gillet and Hicks now John (no money) Henry is going to wait for it....upgrade two stands

I will never see Liverpools answer to this stadium never no fan worth their salt can be satisfied with that position

If their stadium is so good and ours never would be, why not just go there every other week?

Rubbish photo but best I could find see the size of citys concourse vs the tiny area between houses and a few burger bars at Anfield I hate doing this but trying to get through to people who have never seen the opposition. An opposition we need to do better than with one hand tied behind our backs

Anfield love the place first came here with my dad aged 6 now 56, 50 years I have been coming here.

But look at the streets right up to the ground there is no concourse and the footprint much as I love it is too small

Our only consolidation Goodison is even worse than Anfield for location and footprint

Nobody is going to give a flying [oops] if we are successful on the pitch, I have never heard any fan bragging about their stadium, it has always been about the game they have won. Football is not about a stadium beauty contest but about winning on the pitch. You are the only fan I know who is attracted to the stadium more than the game.

I have posted these so those people who live overseas and never see these places and locations first hand can see the scale of the problem we face. Thats why we MUST have a new stadium with adequate room for exapansion and a proper concourse anfield is too small whichever way you cut it, its too small.

Stanley Park is not ideal but something can be done there

a lot of factors come in p;lay about old trafford , 1. it was bombed by the luftwaffe , 2. its on an industrial estate(trafford park) loads of space to build it up .
