Not so much.
Is anyone else sick of pointless, bulshit international friendlies being played just as we're starting to get into the new season? We've just had a massive World Cup and a 7 weeks later these games are back on, I mean, give it a rest! I just hope all our players come back healthy.
Am I missing something, is there any real point to these games?

no point with tonight's game but the game on Monday is a Euro 2016 qualifier! not that I care about that either but some will

International are tediously boring and the top players generally pull out of the smaller games. They clearly don't like playing for their country as much as they claim.
International football is of a lower quality than champions league and premier league. It should be for amateurs only and used as a scouting exercise.

all utd players should be forced into playing and playing for the full 90m even if the have a injury if they dont turn up for the game they should be shot or even worse be forced to read " am off to the game thread"

For me, there is no point to any England game while it's run by sackless dinosaurs. We'll barely scrape into the Euro's and probably only because 3 teams go through this time (I think). No need for friendlies so close to the start of the season even if it is followed closely by a qualifier.

I have only watched tournaments for years now, can't remember the last time I watched any international team play a friendly  As for the friendlies each year at this time of the season... honestly, there's not many things in life that give me the shitts like they do
